Being a Des Moines native and living and working in this area for some time, I have enjoyed the connections I have made as a Realtor. Building relationships with clients and guiding them through the exciting, emotional, and sometimes overwhelming process of buying and selling a home has been very rewarding! There is NEVER a dull day in Real Estate! New challenges and interesting scenarios come every day! The fast-paced/odd-hours world of Real Estate is not unfamiliar to me given my experience in part-time bartending and full-time professional relationship management. I understand the value and importance of setting expectations and communication.
In addition and most importantly, I am wife to Ben and mother to Ada. In my free time, I love playing with my daughter, Ada, home renovation projects, interior design, thrifting, cooking, and spending time at my parents’ lakehouse! I see myself as attentive, honest, friendly, and laid back.

We wanted to move quick and we wanted to try our best to get what we really wanted in a home even in this crazy market! Kendal was extremely timely and clearly knowledgable in deal with negotiations. I highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who knows Des Moines and the surrounding area and is always on time!
