I have always loved helping people find homes! Being in sales for most of my adult life has given me the skills to communicate with all types of people. With a background in mortgage loans, I have a good understanding of the financial decisions involved in making sure the process of buying or selling your home goes smoothly.
In addition and most importantly, I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 20 years and have 2 sons, ages 17 and 15. My extended family lives close by and I have lived in the Bondurant area since 2007. My hobbies right now, as the mother of two very involved school-age boys, revolve mainly around their sports activities! I thoroughly enjoy watching their games and am constantly amazed at their talent, dedication, and drive. I see myself as helpful, dedicated, and honest.

Kristin was awesome to work with! She listens to your wants and needs and makes sure they are met along the way. She is very easy to talk to and has a great personality. Kristin is very knowledgeable about the Des Moines area and suburbs. We moved from Arizona to Iowa and found her very helpful to answer all of our questions about the local areas. Kristin is very responsive to text questions and emails. She works great with other realtors and builders. We would highly recommend Kristin as a strong veteran realtor for anyone who is selling, buying or both. Kristin will do you right!
