I’m Morgan Moen, a Runnells, Iowa native and REALTOR® with Pennie Carroll & Associates in Des Moines, proudly serving clients throughout Central Iowa. I hold a bachelor’s degree in business and have over six years of real estate experience, along with prior HR experience, which has shaped me into a professional people helper. I genuinely love helping people and am passionate about guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the process—from first homes to growing families and rural acreages.
I’m deeply connected to the Southeast Polk community, where my family and I are actively involved, and I enjoy supporting local families, schools, and businesses. I also know the entire Des Moines metro area well and love helping clients buy and sell homes across all surrounding cities.
